Also, the fulfillment of the contracts initiated via https://helpyoursalon.com is carried out exclusively between the respective provider and the customer. The provider (salon owner) takes over the complete handling as well as the liability and responsibility for the voucher redemption. The voucher offered is paid with PayPal directly between the salon / business owner and the customer.

As a matter of principle, Henkel AG & Co. KGaA does not check the content posted on the platform by the provider (salon / business owner) in advance. Henkel AG & Co. KGaA is therefore in particular not liable for the correctness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, appropriateness and / or completeness of the information provided. Henkel AG & Co. It is the duty of the Salon / Business Owner to ensure compliance of the vouchers and their conditions of use with applicable laws and regulations, including measures and recommendations taken by the authorities to fight against the Covid-19 epidemic
